Coaching

I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

I work with clients face to face or remotely on Skype. Please leave me your information so I can contact you. It doesn't matter where you are, we can work together from anywhere in the world with internet access.

Yoga

The yoga classes consist of a practice of asanas(postures), pranayama (breath work), as well as relaxation exercises and meditation. The goal is for the students to develop flexibility, balance and strength, respecting and integrating each one’s particularities. We use different props such as blankets, blocks, chairs, cushions and straps to facilitate the postures.

Ostheopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that is used to re-establish and maintain health. It is based in the body's ability to self-regulate, considering the holistic health of the patient. Osteopathy not only works for healing processes but also plays an important role in prevention. Sessions are for babies, children, and adults, during which the osteopath works with soft contact on different body structures (muscles, bones, organs and nervous system).
